Your Addressfinder 30-day trial

A 30-day trial gives you full access to Addressfinder so you can test integrations, explore features, and see how verified address data improves your workflows - all without entering a credit card.

How the trial works

All Addressfinder trials are on a 30 day period, starting from the time you sign up. You get 1000 free lookups that you can use during this time. You have access to all the tools and features of the service.

Your lookups will be consumed every time your key in your integrations, tools in the portal or via the widgets is used to access verified addresses.

The trial is can also be used for live/production environments not just development and testing. This helps users get an understanding of value and lookup usage to estimate the plan that works best.

When will my trial end?

Your Trial will end when you run out of your free lookups, or at the end of your 30 day trial period – whichever comes first.

You do not need to provide a credit card until you go on a paid subscription. Check out the different plans to see what it could mean for you.

Notifications during your trial

We’ll let you know when you’re getting close to your trial ending. We’ll email you a week before your trial ends and also a day before and when your trial ends. These are meant to keep you posted and give you the opportunity to request an extension of your trial period if you haven’t used up your free lookups by then.

We also let you know when you’ve used 80% and 100% of your free lookups, so you can plan to go on a paid plan before running out of lookups, and have your trial end.

We recommend switching to a paid plan before your trial ends to ensure you to avoid service downtime. We make this change as seamless as possible - when you make this switch, your credentials and keys do not change.

Requesting a trial extension before your trial ends

We can extend your trial upon request for another 2 weeks. We do this on a case by case basis and before your trial ends, so please let us know soon as you can.

What happens after my trial ends?

When your trial expires, your account moves into an expired state.

While expired:

  • Your integrations will no longer return verified addresses
  • You will receive either error code:
    - 1020 - Your trial has ended
    - 1021 - Your trial has exceeded its allowed lookups
  • Your account, details, and settings remain saved
  • You can still log in to choose a plan or request more trial time

Your expired account stays available for 3 weeks before deletion.

Account deletion after the trial

If no action is taken within 3 weeks of expiring, your trial account is automatically deleted. This helps us keep our systems clean and avoids storing data you no longer need. We’ll let you know before deletion, with emails sent 1 week before deletion and 1 day before deletion.

You can prevent deletion at any time by upgrading to a paid subscription.
