Portal Sign In

The Addressfinder Portal supports three sign-in methods. By default, all users can choose to Log in with Google or Sign up with a valid email address.

Passwordless sign in

If you select the email option, the Portal uses passwordless sign in - no password is required or stored. Each time you sign in, a secure login link will be emailed to you. The link is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, simply restart the sign-in process to receive a new link.

Why we chose passwordless sign-in

We’ve chosen a passwordless approach to make signing in simpler and more secure. Password-based systems can create unnecessary friction and are vulnerable to weak or reused passwords. By sending a one-time login link to your verified email address, we ensure that access to your account remains secure without the need to remember yet another password.

Portal Sign in using Single Sign-On

For organisations using centralised authentication, the Portal also supports Single Sign-On (SSO). This enables users to access the Portal through their organisation’s existing identity provider. SSO is available to customers on an Addressfinder Enterprise Plan.
