Australia Post is requiring accurate recipient contact details on every parcel from 31 May 2026
From 31 May 2026 (now delayed), you will not be able to generate a label or complete an order for most Australia Post parcel products, including Parcel Post and Express Post, without providing an accurate recipient email address and/or Australian mobile number for every parcel. Australia Post requires this data to be accurate, meeting basic format requirements.
